Why Briquette?
The briquetting of fuel was a significant business in the early 20th century. A multitude of plants around the world produced literally tens of millions of tons of usable and economic material that met the energy needs of industry. This process faded mid-century though, as other fuel sources became available. Currently, briquetting is undergoing a renaissance, principally due to the convergence of two critical factors.
