The skeleton is immediately shredded into a product ready for remelt or efficient transport.

    The Komar 2 Shaft Shear Shredder offers
    a small metal shredder placed at each robotic cell can reduce the amount of times the scrap hopper needs to be emptied by 8 to 1 reducing forklift traffic and plant labor. The shredded product is ready for remelt or reduced for efficient transport off site.
