Eliminate Nesting — Increase Scrap Density — Reduce Labor Cost
Ideally suited for processing skeletons, runners and parts with pour
cups or "pucks," the Komar Dual Auger Shredder is a batch processor
and is the most versatile piece of equipment for processing scrap. Final
piece size can be regulated by varying the rention time of the material
within the grinding chamber. The Dual Auger Shredder can be
equipped with an optional charge hopper fitted with load cells to
control the batch load weight for more efficient loading of the remelter.
